The remote sensing industry is rapidly changing in the way data are both collected and classified. Traditional statistical methods of classification are being supplanted by more effective computer learning techniques. Visible light only tells a fraction of nature's story. My work is to understand the latest technologies and train its utility to a diverse range of scientists leveraging the newest methods to monitor their environment.
